Make the changes you should.

Most people give up things, and leave it at that. What about change. What is sacrifice without gain. I will abstain. But I will abstain from things harmful to me through improvements to myself. Adding regular prayer, meditation, and excercise; while abstaining from pointless eating, pointless spending, and negativity.
